What is Creative Harmony?
Informed by research in arts and health, Creative Harmony is an art initiative created by fine art photographer and certified art educator Luiza Castellanos Preda that explores photography as a participatory artistic practice with potential well-being affordances.
Through Creative Harmony, photography is brought into dialogue with drawing, painting, writing, and other art forms.
Through interactive courses, community art projects, and artistic research, Creative Harmony initiative focuses on collaborations with municipalities, cultural organisations, and educational institutions to develop accessible and inclusive community art practices that foster self-awareness, creative thinking, and social well-being.

-Judyta, participant of Well-Being Photo-Walk“As an entrepreneur, I feel like walking alone, thinking alone and doing things alone. Finding a space like this for support, even just for a short of time to discuss things or to share that something is not working currently, is quite liberating.”
-Monika, participant of Vision-Board and Photo-Collage Workshop for Entrepreneurial Well-Being
“If you feel stuck in your own head and do not know with which of 2847 tasks or ideas to start your day with, this can help. With as simple as going outside (or even not going) and taking one photograph a day, it could really have an impact on how you're feeling.‘‘
-Lote, Participant of the Your Well-Being Photography Project Online Course
“I loved that my daughter came with me and we did some exercises together. The walk was extremely pleasant. Taking time to slow down, notice the details around me, and capture them with my phone gave me a new perspective. I left the workshop feeling calmer, more present, and inspired by the beauty in my everyday surroundings. It was a gentle way to nurture my well-being.
