Virtual Exhibition Series of Well-Being Photography

The Creative Harmony virtual exhibition series presents the outcome of four monthly well-being photo-walks held along the shores of the Baltic Sea in Espoo, Finland (July–October 2025). Over fifty participants—from ages six to sixty-five and seventeen different cultural backgrounds—joined these free walks to connect with nature, with themselves, and with one another through photography.

In Espoo, where 25% of residents speak a foreign language, these photo-walks offered an inclusive space for people born in Finland and those who have made it their home to meet, collaborate, and connect. The walks, held in different parts of the city, reflect the unique multicultural and natural environment of Espoo as both a backdrop and an active participant in the creative process.

Each of the following Creative Harmony virtual exhibitions reminds us that beauty lives in our shared act of seeing—it unfolds through our awareness, in the moment we open ourselves with curiosity and wonder.

This project gave rise to the Creative Harmony Community, where creativity continues to unite people across cultures and photo-walks and other arts for health related news, courses and events are shared between members.
