The Moodboard is a representation of your needs, desires and hopes from the photo session in a visual form. I create the moodboard so that we can be at the same page in an easy way throughout the process and also get to know each other better. You will get your moodboard as a JPEG file after before the photo-shoot and after receiving the booking fee.

To reserve your session date, a 70 EUR booking fee is required. I’ll send you an invoice via email with all the payment details. This fee ensures that the time is reserved exclusively for you and helps prevent cancellations, so I can plan my schedule and offer the session to you without losing that spot. The fee is non-refundable, but it’s already included in the session price.

In maximum 10 days from the photo session and after the payment has been made.

I truly believe that good photos need time—time for the photographer to connect with the subject and, if applicable, time for us to connect, for you to feel comfortable, and for me to capture you in a genuine way. For portrait photography, being shy in the beginning is totally normal, so that is why 60 minutes is what I consider necessary to establish a fair photographer-model connection.

I usually work in Espoo and Helsinki, but I also love shooting in other cities and countries. Once a year, you can almost always catch me in Romania or Mexico—so if you’d like a session there, just get in touch for more details. For shoots outside Espoo, I charge a small travel compensation (0.60€/km after 15km). For sessions in other countries, travel expenses such as flight tickets would need to be covered separately.

I have an office space in Espoo with big windows and beautiful natural light—perfect for warm, candid photos in any weather. It’s situated in a private setting next to a forest and a wide open field, so you get the best of both worlds: cozy indoor shots and nature-inspired outdoor ones.

For a more polished look with professional props, I also sometimes rent a photo studio in Helsinki. Just mention it in your inquiry, and I’ll share the options with you—the short answer is yes.

Yes! The session setup usually depends on the location—whether it’s at your home, a public space like a park, by a lake or garden, or in my office. Each location offers its own unique vibe, and we can choose the one that feels best for your session.

All images I create remain my intellectual property. When you work with me, you receive the rights to use the photos according to your needs:

• Individuals & families: for personal enjoyment, prints, social media, and sharing with friends and family.

• Creatives & professionals: for your branding, marketing materials, websites, and other business purposes.

• Brands & companies: for campaigns, internal or external marketing, and promotional use.

If you’d like to use the images in ways outside these purposes—like submitting them to a magazine, selling them, or distributing to third parties—just reach out first. I’ll be happy to grant permission and arrange any additional licensing if needed, so everything stays legal and fair for both of us.
